greenfield gardens community center

This Community Center for an affordable housing development combined a food pantry, computer learning center and meeting hall on a tricky site. The goal was to bridge two physically separate parts of the community with this building sitting on the crest of the hill. A series of steps and terraces help make this the new center of the neighborhood.
The project had a tight budget that required innovative ways to use materials to create a bright, light-filled space.
