GLen Brook Way Phase 2

Phase 2 of Glen Brook Way is 44 units of 55-plus affordable housing development. Metro West Collaborative Developers is currently planning this to follow directly from Phase 1. The project received zoning in August 2018 and is current awaiting funding approval. Phase 2 has two buildings, primarily composed of one-bedroom units. Both buildings in Phase 2 include community space; lounges on every floor; and pubic exterior space for the community.
