Glen Brook Way Phase 1
Set to begin construction in March 2020, this 48 unit affordable family housing development is being developed by Metro West Collaborative Developers. The project received zoning in August 2018 and is current awaiting funding approval. Phase 1 has four buildings, including townhouses and accessible units. The complicated site, includes wet-lands from the Glen Brook, a tot-lot and distributed parking to create a walkable neighborhood.
